Stayed one night here. Highly recommend. The rooms were immaculate and warm. Lots of heating and cooling options in the room. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was especially nice. Bed super large and comfortable. Amazing views of lake and bridge. The staff were very friendly especially Gazza the cat!
This is hands down the nicest place we have stayed during our trip to New Zealand. We booked and arrived quite late, however the staff were incredible and helped make sure we got to our room. The room is STUNNING! Amazing shower, heated tiles, the biggest most comfy bed (didnt have to argue with my partner about who was hogging it), big TV and of course a beautiful view of the lake. I recommend upgrading to one of the luxury suites, it was well worth the extra cost. Very quiet location with plenty of parking, we didn't hear a peep from outside all night despite it being very busy in town and at the lake. Thanks so much to the lovely staff/owners who made it stay amazing! Your kindness has been hugely appreciated, we will definitely come back in the future
This place was absolutely amazing! When i first walking into Reception I was like Wow this place looks great! very friendly and respectful receptionist The room we stayed it was very modern, comfortable, warm and the bathroom was excellent! Nit to mention the view that looks out over Lake from the balcony The room also has Netflix and prime video on the Smart TV so need need to bring a cromcast.. Hotel is in a prime spot only 5 min walk to bars and restaurants Would definitely stay again ????
