The entire Hermitage experience was by far the best holiday experience my family and I have had. The hotel rooms were so neat with stunning views! So great for small families. The buffet section was very nice too, although a little expensive, it was an experience worth remembering. Great meal options for the buffet, and an all around exquisite experience for me and my family. Booking is pretty straightforward and the team can be contacted easily via email or phone call if you ever have any query.

We stayed for our wedding anniversary and the whole experience was perfect. The view from our room was breathtaking, it almost didn’t seem real! The rooms were cosy and clean and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The dinner and breakfast buffet was superb. Kate on the activities desk was the best, she was so nice and really knows what she is talking about. We couldn’t do the stargazing due to the weather so she opened up a spot for us to view the planetarium and it was amazing. We will be back!

Pros: Amazing location and the view from our room was incredible! Room was very warm and the bed was super comfortable The restaurant and bar are lovely and have great mountain views as well Service was impeccable Cons: The price you pay is very steep but I suppose you pay for the views Breakfast not included - for the price you pay I feel like it should be! Would certainly benefit from a pool or spa as an extra area to chill after a long day of hiking Overall: We very much enjoyed our stay and with a few minor improvements, this would've been a five star stay. Definitely recommend!

We came to eat at the dinner buffet and were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of food offered - needless to say in a remote location as well! We didn’t stay at the hotel but was met with the same high quality service & were seated right at the window with gorgeous views. Only minor point was that some plates were quite dirty, picked one up with chocolate syrup under it. But wouldn’t detract from the value and the experience of our visit at all.

We returned to the Hermitage after staying there on our honeymoon 40 years ago on the 16th of October this year (which also happened to be my birthday). Staff were amazing & meals were wonderful, so much choice. Room was nice & bed very comfortable. We had a premium super king room & had the breakfast and dinner package. We had a wonderful stay & couldn’t recommend it more highly.
