Wonderful place. We got snowed in and late at night called and they sorted us a room. Really impressed with the service, the room was really comfy, super clean and had everything you could need Coffee, tea, jug, microwave, plates etc. Bakery right next door, Lake front views! Easy parking. Definitely will be back for a planned trip next time. Thank you for the great hospitality and lovely room to stay in
Excellent place to stay, and great location. The owners are super friendly, we arrived and our little boy had come down with a tummy bug, they looked after us wonderfully providing us with everything we needed to get through a rather challenging situation, the offer of help was there at any time. A wonderful family run place. Rooms lovely and warm and clean and very comfortable. Would totally stay again.
Everything was so clean which made me very comfortable. The office is open from 8am to 8pm and if you stay one night you have till 10am to check out. My fiance and I celebrated our engagement at this hotel and we really loved the view, I highly recommend a room with a balcony.
We only stayed here for less than 20 hours for a stop, but it was great! The studio was clean, large and perfectly located next to all the food. Go to Blue Lake Eatery and get a reservation!! Also the Greedy Cow has great coffee! Shout out to the lady who checked us in, she was such a pleasure and letting us know all the different meals available nearby!
Our first accoms upon arriving to NZ. No regrets. We loved it very much. Owner of premise was awesome and polite and friendly ???????? Rooms were cleaned up daily. Refer to images, room was fully stacked. Our view from the living room was bang on! Just staring at the lake was blissful. Good everything in the room and all worked well! I have no complaints whatever for this establishment. Car park within premise were not plentiful but tonnes of free parking just outside anyway. 2 things, our room was above a popular eatery and so, early morning, you can hear activities already. 2ndly, the birds like to play in the rain gaiter so be prepared to hear plenty of rustling ????
